Saturday, 6th June: Excursion to Einsiedeln (CHF 50.-)
We will visit the Abbey and walk a stretch of the Way of St James, following in the footsteps of medieval travelers. Note that places for the excursion are limited.
- 9.00 Travel to Einsiedeln by train (included in the fee)
- 10.00-11.30 Guided tour of the Abbey
- Lunch (self pay)
- 13.30-14.30 Manuscript viewing in the Scriptorium
- Walk on the Way of St. James to Trachslau (4km, ca. 1 hour)
- ca. 17.00 Take a bus or walk back to Einsiedeln, journey back to Zurich
